Before you write

• Orders, deliveries and returns: we do not sell products ourselves. If you bought something through a link on our site, please contact the retailer you purchased from, as they handle payment, shipping, warranties and returns.
• Corrections: tell us which article and which detail looks wrong, and include a source if you have one. We review every correction request.
• Privacy requests: for questions about personal data, email us with “Privacy” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We aim to reply to emails within a few working days (Finnish time, Monday to Friday).
